Retrofit Non-Return Valves can be simply pushed into the existing plastic or clay waste pipes at the property’s inspection chamber. This prevents foul water flowing back from the blocked sewerage system to flood the property from the inside via toilets, plug holes and waste pipes.
This Non-Return valve can be fitted to existing waste pipes and allows normal flow out from the property. When the surcharge has passed, the valve automatically opens.
This valve will protect your property from severe rainstorms and blocked pipes. This is a simple and cost-effective solution to protect properties from sewage flooding and prevent the backflow of rainwater drainage.
