The Electrical Services in this contract included the following:-
1. Distribution boards and switchgear Installation.
2. Metering and Sub-metering installation (integral to distribution boards).
3. Supply and installation of all cabling for sub-mains, sub-circuits complete with all necessary
connections using LSF insulated cables and steel conduit and heat resisting flexible cord and cables where required.
4. All General & Emergency lighting points, fittings, lamps, switches, socket outlets, isolator etc.
5. Supply and installation of all miscellaneous power circuits.
6. Supply & installation of Hand Driers
7. Fire Detection and Alarm Installation.
8. Door Access System.
9. Floor Trunking & Floor Boxes
10. Audio/Video Intercom Installation
11. Services for Mechanical Engineers.
12. ICT Structured Cabling Installation.
13. Intruder Alarm Installation
14. CCTV System
15. Supply of “As Fitted” drawings.
16. The complete electrical testing and verification of the electrical installation including the supply
of all Test Schedules and Certificates.
